There are no test scripts for any WCAG success criteria. If you're using scripts, you're doing it wrong, so you will get the wrong results. I include the Trusted Tester prescriptive methodology in that criticism.
You could arguably write a script to test SC 3.1.1: Language of Page, because it's so trivial and there is only one way to conform (as far as I am aware). But what would be the point of writing such as trivial script?
