Hmmm. A table layout (haven't they heard of CSS positioning?) that
uses html and css which both fail validation, and a "skip to
content" link that is not at the top.

It isn't necessary to do it like that. Getting it right is a bit
harder, but it is certainly not too difficult to be worth trying.

I'm reluctant to offer my work as any sort of example to emulate,
and this was not commissioned to be an accessible site, but I reckon
that http://www.plainwords.co.uk stands comparison with the
accessart site.
