Hi all

Nathan and others discussed how accessible operating system linux is. My
name is eero hauskamaa and I'am a blind screenreader user from Finland. Few
years ago I bought the new linux laptop and after to the this I have used
it in different situations. Based on the this I would say that linux is
quite accessible operating system but support of the screenreaders is
limited. If linux user is a blind Person Ubuntu and Ubuntu mate works
better but Also there support of the screenreaders is more limited.

Best regards

I'm interested in learning more about screen reader accessibility for
Linux, as well.

For an intro to linux accessibility with a screen reader, I enjoyed ZAccess's
YouTube videos
<https://www.youtube.com/channel/UChWJ0Tcw7rqOtGt0Q9oQr4g/videos>,
particularly "Screen-reader review with Orca in Gnome Terminal," and
"Introduction to Orca screen reader for Linux."
