Hi Everyone,

Does anyone have any experience with Level Access's Accessibility Management Platform (AMP)? I'm reviewing a VPAT right now that was evaluated with "Automatic, manual, and use case testing using Level Access’ Accessibility Management Platform (AMP)", and need to know whether I can trust it.

I'm having trouble finding detailed information on what goes into a Level Access AMP test, so I was hoping one of you might know.

Cheers,

You have to review the report and a few issues might be false positive as
well. Even after using AMP and Access Assistant you have to test for screen
reader and scalling. You can't rely on color contrast specific issues
flagged by AMP. Overall 30-35 % WCAG coverage is there.

I know a few senior team members from AMP product team are also members in
this group. Please excuse me if I have written something wrong.

Hi DJ,
If the VPAT was written by Level Access and they chose the right use cases to test, I would rate it as fairly reliable.
Level Access generally tends to have good consultants with a high level of training.

However, important to note that Level Access also offers the AMP system for sale to companies and that manual and use case testing by a company is going to be reliant on the training and experience of their staff. So YMMV.
