Here's an interesting Style Guide developed by the New York Public Libraries
using xHTML:

Subject: XML and accessibility

Hello group.

We're looking for code samples / solutions showing a sample applied use of
accessibility guidelines using XML Schema, XML documents, XSL and XSLT to
transform to text and XHTML pages. We will be inventing the wheel, but are
hoping to see some examples if they're out there.

I'd appreciate any leads or hard copy samples that may be out there...

Very respectfully,

Lynnette Banning
