I recently created an online demo of JAWS reading three Web pages to use
for workshops and speaking engagements.

These are real Web pages that I ran across. Does anyone see any problem
with using real pages? I saw these as open to the public and my use
being equivalent to that of a restaurant or movie critic. However, it
seems I remember that WebAIM once had a copy of Amazon.com's Web page
and then the same page in an accessible version and they had to remove
it.
Does anyone know if it is acceptable to use real Web pages in this
manner?

I dont know that there are any "rules" that state you cannot or can, but I
would say, just email someone and ask them, if it is a problem, they will
let you know. Most people I end up linking to in one way or another likes
it and apprecitates the hits it creates!
Just be polite and ask! :)

I would guess that if you are not changing the pages in any way (i.e.
creating a derivative work) that it would be fine. I'm not a lawyer, so
that's just an intuitive guess. Particularly, I think that educational
institutions have broader "fair use".
