Because of popular demand, the IWA/HWG eClasses program is now
offering an intermediate-level online course in Web accessibility,
called D202: Web Accessibility Techniques.

This course is a hands-on, technically oriented class which explores
the nitty-gritty of creating accessible markup, taught by longtime
IWA/HWG instructors Kynn and Liz Bartlett.

Students should be comfortably familiar with the W3C's Web Content
Accessibility Guidelines, HTML 4.01, and CSS; recommended preparation
includes the D201: Accessible Web Design course, as well as the
IWA/HWG classes in HTML and CSS, or the equivalent.

The textbook for this class is Designing Accessible Websites by
Joe Clark. This book is available online in HTML format, but we
highly recommend purchasing a copy.

The course tuition is $120 for the six-week class if you are a member
of IWA/HWG, or $220 if you are not. IWA/HWG membership is only $49,
so join and save.

For more information on the new course, please see the D202 Web site:
