Where can I find guidelines on creating an instructional CD for an Intranet
site?

I'm not quite sure I am understanding the situation. You are creating a CD
that shows a person how to use your particular Intranet? If the training CD
is considered an 'extension' of the Intranet itself, I would suppose the
same guidelines apply - if your CD is a multimedia presentation, then
appropriate alternatives for the presentation may be needed.
