Anyone who claims that books should all be in large print does not
understand the medium of print. Large print is an auxiliary method of
providing accessibility; I don't see any call whatsoever for all books to
have it. (By contrast, electronic media can carry accessibility within
themselves.)
The Rush and Slatin book is, in typographic terms, a joke.
If a book's fonts are too small for you, use a magnifier.

The original writer already said:
"It is hard to read with a magnifying glass." Thus his question for an
electronic version in the first place.
I'm sure you didn't mean to make light of someone's attempt at an adaptive
strategy.

If that's the case, then the electronic version should be readily available
for accessibility purposes. The user shouldn't have to post messages,
practically begging to receive an accessible version after paying for a
book.
