The guidelines are specific, but I still have troubles finding out how to implement them sometimes. I found some help from comp.infosystems.www.authoring html and css newsgroups when I had specific questions to ask. I am very glad the webAIM list exists, and that I now know about it.
A sad thing for me about most of the online accessibility site- design/html-authoring courses I looked at is the price. My sole source of income is ssi disability, and I basically can't afford to pay anything to anyone at this point in my life. I do want to learn, though, for my own sake as well as for others.

Chris

Yeah, unfortunately there aren't many good resources. The WebAIM list
is one of the best, though, so you're in the right place, in my
opinion. (It's much better for getting help, instead of theoretical
arguments, than the WAI-IG list, and is more generally focused than
the 508 mailing list at TRACE.)
