Subject: examples of grossly inaccessible pages?

I've been asked for some links to websites/pages that are grossly
inaccessible, for whatever various reasons. While I know they're out
there just lying around for the picking, I thought I'd ask here whether
anyone knows of any specific ones that have been (or could be) used as
examples of this particular dubious distinction. I know about
WebPagesThatSuck.com and will be checking there, but you folks might
know of others that are just all wrong in terms of accessibility...?

I was going to say http://www.target.com and noticed that they've
started adding a few alt attributes now. Still missing quite a lot
though...so not as grossly as before, but still far from accessible.

My current favourites are sites of the SEB group:

http://seb.se/
http://seb.de/ and others. As if frames there not enough: check out
the innovative way to implement
navigation: <td onclick ="...">
Firefox won't even change cursor to "hand" on some...

Here's a few of my favorites... I mean, most hated...

Now, these are just plain terrible sites for LOTS of reasons, but I've
used them to easily point out what NOT to do.

http://www.globalaigs.org/

And of course WebPagesThatSuck.com has plenty to choose from. Or pick most
any Flash-based web site, such as this one I ran into recently -
http://www.starz.com

Let's just not let things get personal in this thread, OK.

Inaccessible by/to whom?

Which specific populations are addressing in this regard?

(It's hard to just say "accessible" or "inaccessible" without defining the
parameters. Accessibility doesn't exist in a vacuum, it's a function with
people in the equation.)
