Hi All,
I am working for Sao Mai Computer Center for the Blind in Vietnam and we are
attending in one program to establish one distance education for
post-graduates about the public policy. I work closely with the technical
group to do research on accessible tools/web-based platform to install for
the distance education program in the Asean region. I have some experience
with ATutor which I am using for my own organization to conduct online
learning courses but in order to expand more to meet the needs of distance
training programs for post-graduate courses, can you share with me some
advices on which tools should be considered with accessibility such as web
conference, online learning management system? As our target group of
students are for people with disabilities and persons with interests in the
field of public policy so we should need more with accessibility. Your
advices/suggestions/ideas are highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,

I don't have much to add except I am working in a university in Ireland, and
we are also using ATutor as an elearning platform for an accessible web
design course. The group researched other platforms, but concluded ATutor
was the most accessible.
