I'm interested in finding great books to help with fully accessible websites. In a past thread (www.webaim.org/discussion/mail_thread?thread=3532), I saw "Designing with Web Standards" and "Web Accessibility: Web Standards and Regulatory Compliance". Both looked pretty good. Have you heard of any new ones or recommend others not mentioned?

And Jared, I was disappointed that the "WebAIM Guide to Web Accessibility" that you mentioned in the past forum is no longer available. You made it sound so good and I was eager to see it and buy it...but no, all gone! :-)

Thanks guys - Dow

Those two books are probably among the best out there. It's hard to
recommend other books when online resources are so plentiful.

Most of the information from the guide is freely available at webaim.org.

Universal Design for Web Accessibility should be out mid 2012 - if all goes according to plan!

The WebAIM site has loads of excellent learning resources. Also, try Access by Design: A Guide to Universal Usability for Web Designers. It's published by New Riders, and is also online here:

http://universalusability.com/access_by_design/

Hope this helps!

I was going to mention Wendy and Matt's book, but it is on Shawn's list.
