I use Blogger, and in the past, I was able to add alt. text for images.

But then Blogger changed its interface.

Does anyone know how to add alt. text for images now on Blogger? Also,
does anyone know how I can check to make sure I added the text correctly?

Thanks.

It is better than it used to be when you could not add ALT text without
viewing/editing the HTML.

1. Add the image the way you normally would
2. Highlight the image by clicking on it.
3. In the pop-up menu that appears, choose "Properties"
4. In the new pop-up you will see a place to add a Title and ALT text.

I added this to one of my Blogger blogs so it will be there for others

PS: If someone wants to add directions on how to do this with keystroke
commands rather than with a mouse, let me know and I will add this to the
mix.

John: It would be great to have a keystroke version. Thanks, John.
