Subject: Braille readers support of video audio

Hello,

I was hoping someone could help me with understanding braille readers
support/interaction with video and multimedia files which contain audio.
I'm trying to determine if the AT is sophisticated enough to parse
embedded captions or a relationship with a caption file such as TTML or
WebVTT. The timing of the video itself it seems to me would present a
problem and that the braille user would want an "alternative for
timed-based media" either by being able to extract the caption file or
an explicitly separate transcript.

Thank you,

Brian Cramer
