Hi all,

I recently purchased an ipad and when I received it, I didn't know how to turn the Voiceover on. My nephew somehow activated the Voiceover for me, but it turns itself off from time to time and I can't seem to re-activate the voiceover. Can anyone help? I know there has to be an "Accessibility" option in the "General Settings" menu, but I can't seem to direct my family and tell them how to get to it. Thanks.

Have them go to Settings > General > Accessibility (all the way at the bottom) > VoiceOver > Toggle the On switch.

Also at the bottom of Accessibility settings you may want to enable Triple-Click Home > VoiceOver to easily turn VoiceOver on and off with 3 clicks of the Home button.

You can also connect your iOS device to iTunes on a PC or Mac and enable Accessibility settings there.

Settings > General > Accessibility > VoiceOver

You might also want to set the triple click option to be the control for VoiceOver off and on.

I hope this helps!
