Hi All,

I am a software tester and learning the accessibility testing. I have
shared my view on making videos accessible on websites at my blog -
http://testingnook.blogspot.in/2013/03/making-videos-accessible-7-tips-for.html

I want subject expert and opinion maker to share their feedback. It will
help me to learn more about the subject.

Thanks.

Regards,
Mohit Verma

Mohit,

This article is pretty good, but there is some grammar things I caught.
For example, random capitalization of words, if you want to draw attention
to things, I'd bold them or use <em>. The following sentence may lead to
confusion: " There are mainly two types of captions – Open and Closed." To
my knowledge, there are only two types of captions, so I would remove
"mainly" in the prior sentence.

While I cannot speak to all video hosting sites, but YouTube now draws on
captions for search results. So you can talk about how captions also gives
some SEO benefits as well.
