Here is an issue which I have reported to Freedom Scientific which would
be of interest to Jaws users who frequently access sites using languages
other than English. This also seems to be the case with NVDA 2012.3 I
have not yet tested with the new release candidate.

when I access http://wet-boew.github.io/wet-boew/demos/index-fra.html
the Jaws language reverts to English when accessing the menu structures
on the page. I have consulted the web developers of this resource who
have indicated that the Language does not change on these elements. Our
web pages are using these features so it is important for our French
users to have their language used for this content.

To add to Birkir's comments, it is also important that AT users report
problems that they experience with their AT so that new features and
functionality can be corrected quickly.

The problem is not on the page but in the OS if the user Lang is set the
elements will be spoken in the default it's only the content that is spoken
in the different Lang I am not sure sf will do anything about this. Is the
hole page Lang set or just the content if the page itself is not set then
this is the behavior that should be happening

Ah, yes. As Lucy said, JAWS will speak its commands etc. in the LANG to which it is set. Therefore for a native speaker such as French . they should have JAWS set to their native language. To me, there is no problem, given this is how JAWS normally works.
