The changes will be submitted to the JQuery group as part of the open
source process. The two main purposes of the summit are to:

1. Increase accessibility knowledge among JQuery contributors and among
JQuery enthusiasts
2. Improve the accessibility of JQuery itself (with a particular emphasis
on JQuery UI)

So yes, we definitely want to make the accessibility improvements as public
as possible!
