Unfortunately no. We spend a day each fortnight testing OzPlayer on new
browser versions, mobiles etc and so we need to recoup that cost. One of
the things we found with existing players that claimed to be accessible is
that they were not maintained and therefore quickly became inaccessible (eg
keyboard traps in Firefox).

Maybe you should think about the difference between open source and free of charge.

Open sourcing the player might get you valuable input from volunteers, e..g. suggested code fixes etc. (free of charge for you, doing some of the work you are now doing yourself).

At the same time you could set the license such that certain uses are only allowed for a fee (possibly the same fees you are asking for now).

No need to apologize. My product isn't open source, either. I was just
wondering because I'm working on a player (proof-of-concept only, really)
that does all that, too, and wasn't interested in reinventing the wheel
