Has anyone had an issue with VO not speaking on their iPhone? When i feel
around on the screen, it makes noises when i move from object to object.
Also, when i use the rotor i hear the "turning" sounds... just no
descriptions... of anything.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Jesse

It's more than likely that your speech is muted. Use a three-finger double
tap gesture to turn speech on.

The other easy thing to do is to set up VoiceOver so triple tap home turns it on and off -- and if you loose speech, then turn it off, and back on.
