Colleagues,
Does anyone have experience with Intrado (formerly 911 Enable)? Among other solutions, they provide 911 emergency services for IP telephony systems.
We'd be interested in hearing about any experiences at all, and particularly those that interface with accessibility issues for users, support staff, network analysts, or other key stakeholders.
