Nice utility. But two notes:

- it encourages the use of width attributes, which is not that good for
accessibility (rigid layout), and it does not even seem to have an option
not to generate those attributes (leaving the width input field empty
generates width="" which does not comply with specifications)

- it uses headers="..." attributes in all <td> cells instead of scope="..."
attributes in <th> cells, which would be somewhat simpler to grasp and
manage later, when you maintain the document 'by hand'.
