signature, print name and date)
Docusign? Hellosign? E-Sign...

Docusign is very accessible. However, most developers do not know how to integrate accessibility properly within their documents.

I have taken Docusign for a test drive with a company that was serious about accessibility. It was really accessible and loved the UI.

The problem with docusign is that you must start with an accessible PDF form in order for best results, then someone has to break up the form logically into reading zones, and label the signature field. Many envelope and template creators neglect one or more of these steps, leading to problems...
