Hi all,
I am using a software which has a lot of accessibility issues.
It is not announcing the items in the tree view when i use arrow keys
but the focus changes and jaws announces the focused item when i press
arrow key followed by shift tab and tab (to come back to tree view and
press insert tab.
Note, i am pressing arrow keys to navigate in tree view but items are
not announced. jaws announces the focused item when i take my focus to
some other control and bring my focus back to tree view.
What could be the reason for this?
Please suggest.

Hi Karthick,
If its JAVA base application, enable the JAVA access bridge and try.

Hi Narendra,
Java access is not installed in my system. How ever i have downloaded
it just now. Could you give me some installation guidance?
I am using windows 10 64
URL is also fine.

Hi Karthick,
Please find the below link for installation of JAVA access bridge:

After installing JAVA access bridge, do the following:
, press Windows key+u to access the Ease of Access Centre. Select Use
the computer without a display. In the section Other programs
installed, check the check box of Enable Java Access Bridge and press
spacebar on 'OK-.
