As many of you will know, my new book, _Building Accessible
Websites_, on Web accessibility for people with disabilities, is
done, published, printed, and available to order. It should be in
U.S. bookstores by Hallowe'en.

As an actual writer and not merely a topic expert, I set out to write
a book that would be so rich and enjoyable you could read it in bed,
rather like a good cookbook. And my book designer Marc Sullivan and I
went to enormous lengths to create a typographically sophisticated
book. The result is, as we like to say, "a beautiful object you will
love to read." It is and you will.
Plus, you get a hot-pink CD-ROM and over 400 pages of icy Wildean
hauteur. It's win-win, really.
