Sumit,

I asked the Deque Univ. product owner about the shortcut issue. He replied
that the shortcut was removed some time ago. You're probably using on a
SCORM export of the courses that hasn't been updated in a while; please ask
the accessibility coordinator to get the latest version of the courses.
