Training Cancellation Policy

By completing your registration, you agree to this cancellation policy. Cancellations more than 5 days before the training begins will receive a full refund or registration may be moved to a future available virtual training date at no cost. Cancellations within 5 days of the training start date will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee, or the registration may be moved to a future available training date upon payment of a $100 registration transfer fee. No-shows at the training may request a refund less a $250 no-show fee, or the registration may be moved to a future available training date upon payment of a $250 registration transfer fee.
