Absolutely. But when you work with design teams and business people, you
have to do everything in your power to *try* to make things look the same on
all browsers.
Sadly, the reality is that most companies care very little about
accessibility and a whole lot about aesthetics. I've sat in board rooms and
heard things like, "why would blind people want to use the internet?"
