Hi people
I am writing up a presentation on Web Accessibility. I am doing this
in Word 2007 and planning to use the NetCentric pdf plug in to create
accessible pdfs, or export it to html for posting it on a web site. I
also need to print it and give hard copies to a few people.
Understandably there is a lot of links in the presentation and I am
trying to understand how these come out on paper if I supply a link
name/ label.
If I insert a link in Word 2007, say www.google.com. I add the
accessible text tag/name (think it is called screen tip in Word) and
say "Google".
If I export this to html or pdf I will see "Google" where the link is,
but not the url, but how does this look if I print a hardcopy of this
text with the link. Does the screen tip show up or only the underlying
url, or both?
Thanks
