Thank you for reviewing and providing input on the accessibility of our YouTube video (original post January 20th). We will have a series of 25-30 videos posted to YouTube with captions and Transcript/Descriptive Video, so we truly appreciate your time and great suggestions -- several of which are already being incorporated into the next video.
Someone asked about our captioning: we outsource to an automated service. We’ve had very good experience with the company, but as someone mentioned we'll pay closer attention to the automatic line breaks. They don’t always make logical sense. This is one downside of the automated service and something we can train our reviewers to look for when checking the captions for accuracy.
