Re: header and footer on a Word document

Yes, if they choose to go into the header or footer. It is not something
that is read automatically. It is easy to go into a header or footer but not
something we normally do unless we are creating a document.

Some people put the title of the document in a header...just say no.

Anything you want us to read goes into the main body of the document not a
header or footer.

Cheers, Karen

Subject: [WebAIM] header and footer on a Word document

Hello everyone,

Does any of you know if screen readers can interact and read information
inserted on a header or footer of a MSWord document?

Thank you!
