Hi Pooja,

I think that WCAG 2.0 will need to be updated to address touch screen
access )e.g. iOS devices with VoiceOver)

b-d are for the most part read the same: VoiceOver will read it as
December 7, 2011 or December 7th 2011. It will depend on
region/language setting.

I think that December 7, 2011 is the best as date format. NVDA,
Voiceover and other screen readers will all read it the same and it
will not try to do any fancy guessing, converting, etc.
