IOS Alternate Track Button Issue

Is anyone aware of any issues with voiceover and ios 5 on iphone concerning
the alternate track button? I have a video with separate audio tracks and
captions. When I use voiceover I can get to this button, but can not
activate it. When voiceover is off, I can activate the alternate track
button, but it is tricky because the button is misplaced to the right and
underneath the volume slider. On the iPad the button is properly placed
and voiceover has no problem activating it.

Has anyone run into this problem or created a video with separate tracks
that works in the latest ios on iphone? Thanks.
