JAWS 13 used to read both the title and description but with updates has
stopped reading either of them. It does identify images as "Slash"
Use Ctrl + Shift + letter O to get a list of objects in the document and the
Alt Text should be readable/identified. You can use this for testing to
ensure that all images/objects have Alt text.
Not reading Alt text is a long standing bug with JAWS.
