Greetings!

I have two answers of your query first if you are seeking about the
supportive products or best alternatives of accessibility support then I
think you have to go with Ryan, this portal provide you a good idea.
But if usability of your health insurance product is your concern so in
that case you have to go for a realistic accessibility testing (manually as
my prior knowledge no automation tool provide you such a realistic result
)by real users. Which will provide you a realistic
challenges/issues/concerns of your product. Because I am sure the
accessibility challenges is higher in your domain as it is it*self a
complex domain.

And for reducing your budget you ca*n out*source
your Accessibility Testing Jobs!*
