No, there is no functional difference between how JFW works on web sites
under the operating systems starting from Windows 98 and NT 4.0. Not at
least in any of the environments I am working in.
Yes, the version of JFW that runs under NT/2000/XP pro will cost you more
than the version that runs under 98/ME/XP home. The difference in pricing
will depend on the kind of licensing you want to do.
