Mark,

I appreciate your suggestion about using an outside review team. It may
be something we could offer to our clients, but that would be at their expense
if they so desired.

In the meantime, we are implementing an internal process for creating accessible
sites as well as for testing new and existing sites for accessibility.
The purchase of JAWS is just one component of this process. I am working
on writing up standards for our developers to follow when writing code as
well as evaluating sites based on the W3C recommendations for this that
are found at http://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/.
