MessageFrames provide a method for skipping repetitive navigation links if
they are properly coded. That means that the target of every link is (name
of) the frame in which it is opened. Today, I believe JFW does not behave
correctly even when frames are properly coded; I am sure they will get it
together. HPR does behave correctly and I forget what I found out about
window-eyes.
Don'e forget to provide informative name and title attributes on each frame
element that describe the purpose of the frame, like "global navigation,"
"local navigation," "main content." Name attributes should have the same
kind of info in one word, like globalnav, localnmav, maincontent.
