Thanks, Daralynn,
I found Access ON (Access
Ontario)<http://www.mcss.gov.on.ca/en/mcss/programs/accessibility/index.aspx>,
but I don't see any templates for a university student plan of study
for
a degree. I may have gone to the wrong site, tho.
To give an example of one of the sheets in use now - and again, these are
being revised and standardized - here is a "plan of study" PDF for an
Electrical and Computing Engineering
degree<http://webs.purduecal.edu/ece/files/2009/12/Computer_Engineering_Plan_of_Study_2012.pdf>.
It started life as an Excel spreadsheet and I apologize - it is not tagged
well as yet.
Thanks again,
Pam
