Have you tried the "Capture Screen" function within ZoomText?
With ZoomText running use the ZoomText hotkey combination CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+C which will throw an image into the clipboard just like you would get with the Windows hotkey CTRL+PrtScr except the ZoomText version will capture the ZoomText view. I've used this in my presentations and it works well. Depending on the magnification level you have set, the clipboard image will vary of course. I use the Windows "Paint" utility to select and copy/paste from parts of the magnified image into my presentation.
Info on ZoomText hotkeys are in its help files as well.
