Tabbing in Safari and Opera

I just noticed something about Safari and Opera on my agency's websites. I feel it must be a user error or something on the page itself. I can't use the tab key to navigate around. When I try, the focus just repeatedly alternates focus between the address field and the browser search field. Can anyone tell me what the hang up might be on my sites? Here are two sample pages.

These issues don't exist in IE, FF or Chrome.
