A few years ago, Dennis Lembree developed, on his own time, a web-based client that enable folks, including me, to have an accessible and usable Twitter experience through Easy Chirp http://www.easychirp.com. In order for this client to continue in operation, it needs to be redeveloped because the main Twitter API has been updated and the API that Easy Chirp is currently working with will be shut down shortly.
