In VoiceOver you can see a list of tables in the Rotor. It will identify
the table based on its caption, if present.

In JAWS, INSERT+CTRL+T is a shortcut key to list the tables on the page. I
don't have JAWS handy to test if it lists by caption or not. Regardless, if
the table has a visual caption, it should be associated with the <caption>
element.
