Windows Partitions interface

Hi everyone.

I just want to know if any screen reader users or keyboard only users
have tried creating a partition on Windows using the "Create and Format
hard disk Partitions" interface of Windows 7.

For a sighted user, it takes just a minute to click a graphical view
table to create a new partition.

Using a screen reader, I don't seem to find a keyboard-only equivalent
for accessing the graphical view table to create a new partition.

If anyone has tried creating a partition using only the keyboard, can
you please advise how you were able to do this?
