What level of accessibility do applications such as ICQ, MSN Messenger,
and AOL Instant Messenger have? Even an application that may be
technically "accessible" - as far as ability for a screen reader to read
text in different parts of the application - may not be functionally
accessible... there must be the ability to read incoming messages even
while typing a message, and at the very least, be able to return to the
messages window/pane without having to start reading all over at the
beginning of them. (I.e. must be able to just read the most recent
messages that have not yet been read.)
