Hi Everyone,
Lucy, thanks for the question. I've gleened a lot from checking out the
checklists.
I'm appreciative of the creative commons licensing on the checklist from
Brian Richwine.
Jay Wyant, can we re-use your WCAG 2.0 Level AA VPAT?
If there anything we are missing if we use WCAG 2.0 AA as our checklist for
technology purchases, instead of Section 508 VPAT? I know they are becoming
more and more similar, but for some reason I had in my mind that Section
508 was better for purchasing technology and WCAG was better for websites.
I'd love to be corrected because I find WCAG much more understandable (and
perceivable, robust and operable) ;-)
