Hi All,
I have been doing a lot of work on document accessibility, in terms of
Word, PDF and PowerPoint documents. So if I have a report, or something
similar, making it accessible is fairly easy.
However, are there specific ways to make a letter accessible? For example,
I write a formal letter to someone and send it as an electronic attachment.
Letters don't usually have titles, but one could include a 'RE' line at the
top and that could be the title to indicate the content of the letter. Is
there anything else that could be done with this document to make it more
accessible?
I haven't worked with letters before, and wondered if anyone had any advice?
Thanks in advance and Happy Halloween!
Cheers
Lisa
