No, font sizes don't change across breakpoints at all, UNLESS the author
has set explicit font sizes for different breakpoints.

No, it's not the font size that changes, it's the measure of what a CSS
pixel is, so EVERYTHING increases/decreases (including absolute-sized
things in px).

It seems we're talking across purposes here? Am I missing something? Can
you point out - taking the exact example of www.paciellogroup.com - what
you mean? Not trying to be difficult, but your statements really don't
make sense to me based on the reality of what I'm seeing...
