Karen, can you please let us know if and when you will share the results of the survey with the community. In my opinion sharing the results will make people more likely to spend the time answering the questions and will benefit more people.

Hi Everyone:
I've put together a survey to try and gather the things that work and the frustrations of those of us with disabilities in reading PDF documents.
The survey can be taken at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/PDFSURV
The survey should take about 20 minutes and I have allowed for coming back and picking up from where you left off.
Please share this link with anyone who might be interested in weighing in on accessibility, usability and PDF documents.
